Alyson Lee Hannigan

Alyson Lee Hannigan was born on March 24 1974. American actress and host on TV she is the daughter of Alyson Lee Hannigan. She is known for her role in Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997-2003), Willow Rosenberg (2005-2014), and Lily Aldrin (2005–2014), that earned her the People's Choice Award in 2009. Michelle Flaherty (1999–2012) was also one of her credits. Hannigan hosts Penn Teller: Fool Us since 2016. Teller The Fool Us has been on the air since 2016. Hannigan is also the voice of Claire Clancy, the animated character from Fancy Nancy (2018-2018). Hannigan was the sole child of Emilie (Posner) Haas, an agent in real estate, and Alan Hannigan, a Teamsters worker. Hannigan's mom is Jewish and her father is Irish. At age four, Hannigan began appearing in commercials. Hannigan relocated to Hollywood at the age of 12 along with her mom. Her father was an agent for casting in Santa Barbara while she was there. She auditioned. She went to California State University Northridge after high school. She was a member the Alpha Chi Omega fraternity in Northridge and graduated with a degree in psychology. Hannigan was first seen in the film My Stepmother Is an Alien. Seth Green was also one of her co-stars. She later became her co-star in Buffy. In 1989, she received her first TV series performance when she was chosen as an actress in the ABC sitcom Free Spirit. Hannigan was only a teenager when she was an infantsitter of Bob Saget, her How I Met Your Mother co-star. Hannigan was later chosen to play Willow Rosenberg, Buffy Summers her best friend in the television show Buffy the Vampire Slayer In 1997, she received the attention of the nation. She also supervised Bob Saget's children in the television series How I Met Your Mom. Angel wanted her to play Willow's part in a few episodes.
